Title: Marginal Point Spread - Standings

Does anyone know what the marginal point spread toward standings when a game is forfeited (+1/-1 or +8/-8) and does that depend on why there was a forfeit? Like if a game is forfeited because of COVID quarantine would there be a change in standing?

Thank you. It might be something that should be put into the new rule book. There isn't a rulebook for 2020.
