Participation rules

Does anyone have the rules on participation
In regards to equal playing time, I’ve been told a few different things and can’t seem to find anything in writing

See pages 13 & 14 on the 2016-2017 Rule Book linked to below. I'm pretty sure nothing has changed this year in regards to the participation rule, but probably best to verify that with your club Board members.
