3rd grade girls rec FT line

I’m new to coaching 3rd grade girls rec and was wanting confirmation on the free throw line. Is it regulation or closer in at this age?

12 feet through 4th grade.  Not all gyms are marked so you'll sometimes have to remind the ref.
