Is there a maximum distance for splits at any level of youth football including MM?
-
not in 3rd and above but in MM the maximum splits on the line are fingertip to fingertip of the linemen.

As Director said, there is no maximum on splits. However, the "free blocking zone" which some people refer to as the tackle box is not defined by where the tackles are lined up, but is defined as extending 4 yards on either side of the ball. So if you're splits are really wide your tackles may not be in the free blocking zone which limits what they are able to do from a blocking standpoint.
