Title: 1 Striper on Kickoff/Kick Return

Rule book is not clear on this. It states that a 1 striper may kick but can they play on kickoff team if they don’t kick? Not clear on return either. Please advise.

Can be the kicker on kickoff
Not eligible to return a kickoff but a one striper can play on the kickoff (and block)
