INFC Main Site Coaches RuleBook is wrong link

Just wanted to give a heads up if anyone else was looking at the rulebook that is under "Coaches -> RuleBook" that is last years. Obviously, I can't read as it says 2015 but wanted to give a heads up. Please update the link to the correct RuleBook.
