coaches passes

when and or where do we get coaches passes? If they sent them How long did that take for you ?

Coaches Passes?  There is a coaches certification and a gate pass which should both be on a lanyard when in the ballpark.  If you are referring to the USA Football coaches certification, you should receive an email within a week of completion which you can print off, laminate, etc.   Gate passes are distributed through your club/organization.
