Who's the best coached team

We always look at records and stats but in everyone's honest opinion who are some of the better coached squads? There are tons of teams loaded with raw talent, but the coaching is questionable, subpar even. On the flip side you also have teams who aren't the most athletically gifted,  but the coaches put the kids in position to have a chance to win.  So my question is: regardless of roster talent who are the best COACHED squads out there year in and year out???

I’d give props to Choctaw Gold 4th grade pretty solid well rounded team.

Even athletes and talent haft to be coached up. You see raw talent without discipline and coaching get beat in this league all the time!!!!!

this is based off who i have coached against this year as well as years past.

glennpool, catoosa, metro, LC, tyaa, BK, berryhill, jenks, hilldale
their are a lot of great coaches in this league

I may be biased, but I consider Glenpool to be pretty well off. 3RD-6TH grade A all making the playoffs this year. 3RD-6TH grade A all making it last year to the playoffs. Still a lot of work to do, but overall, most all the coaches in the league are here to help the kids and get them ready for school ball.

I'm a little bias but 5th grade BA Gold has some pretty amazing coaches. As a mom of a player who came from 4th grade BA Chrome who got dissolved after the fiasco last year, the BA Gold coaches were amazing. My kiddo has learned so much from them and had made a huge turn around. He went from not knowing what he was really doing on the line to getting his name called multiple times and coaches yelling at their kids to watch out for #51 and questioning where this kid came from. We've found out permanent home with these amazing coaching staff.
