At the coaches meeting last Saturday, the guy in charge stated that the schedules would be posted "by the end of next week".  We've now reached that point and obviously no schedules yet.  I don't think anyone really expected them this soon given the holiday, but it would be nice if an update was provided by the conference.

INBC, here is a chance to improve your communication skills.  You didn't meet your deadline for schedules.  Now give us an update on where you're at and when you expect it to be completed. In years past, this type of request would never get a response.  Let's hope things have changed.

It only takes one or two groups not getting the schedule done to hold everyone up.

Usually we find out a game or two at a time, and often with not such great notice. We still are a week away from getting problematic. (Of course, we did push the start back a week later than normal, I think...so a year ago we would have started this coming Saturday.)

No disputing the difficulty of scheduling for this many clubs/teams.

However, the expectation was set at the meeting that this year woukd be different...it appears that is not the case, which again is understandable.  Where the frustration lies is the lack of communication..this is historically a problem. In the current state of email, message boards and social media, communication is readily available.

Everyone at the meeting knew there was no way they would get the schedules out like they said they would.  Indian Nations is the worst about getting schedules out.  If it's a club or 2 not getting them back start penalizing them money and I bet they get them back on time.
Building winners at the game of life and hoping to win a few football games in the process.

I originally posted this in February 2015:

" I think one of the things that grates on the nerves of many of the users here is the perceived secrecy and lack of communication from the organization.

I've been with the basketball conference since it's inception and the football side long before that.  I should be used to it by now, but I'm still disappointed each and every season by the lack of communication and followup by the league office.

The inability to publish a schedule in advance, for both regular and post season, has been an issue for several years.  I know that it's a difficult process, but just a short notification to the user community as to how things are going and when they are expected to be completed would be helpful."

Unfortunately, nothing has changed.  Make a plan, communicate the plan, then follow up as necessary.  It's easy.

Has anyone heard anything from their club director regarding schedule?  I emailed ours and have not received a reply if they have heard anything on their level.

Well, we are just a couple hours shy of the weekend! LOL
I'm glad that my business doesn't get run like this! SMH

I originally posted this in August 2014:

"Note to the league office:  We’re used to the secretive nature of league activities.  It’s almost a running joke over the years to try to guess when items like schedules, scrimmages and divisions will be released.  A short communication on topics like this, instead of complete silence, would be greatly appreciated.  Whenever anyone asks in advance, “When will schedules be out?” the typical reply is “You must be new here”.  It doesn’t have to be this way."

Couldn't be more disappointed in the lack of schedules and communication in regards to what the hold up is.  Games start MONDAY, would be nice to know before then if you are playing.

I'm assuming everyone knows by now the schedules are posted, but in case someone missed it they are live under schedules on the inyouthsports.com website.
