BA Orange vs BA Black- BA Black is looking forward to avenging their only loss in the playoffs. This will be a tune up game and nothing more. Black shuts the board off.
Muskogee vs Union Red- Playoff chances on the line! Both teams need some help to get in, so I'm hoping the union coaches read all these posts and give Justice the rock off tackle and let him just do work. It being a home game for the Gee I think they certainly can win this game, but Union's #10 is the best player on the field and I'm not sure the roughers have an answer for him. #10 for the Gee is a salty player as well, and #13 can go get the rock when he's firing on all cylinders. Should be a fun game to watch. Union by a TD late in the game
Jenks Maroon vs Owasso Red- Red gets themselves right and works out any last minute playoff kinks. Red by a few TDs
Bixby Blue vs Union Silver- What a game to decide playoff seeding and just to get in. Bixby needs this win to solidify its playoff berth, and to keep from playing Bixby White first round as well. Both teams are well coached squads. Union may have a couple more athletes than Bixby, but overall I like the spartans to keep the pressure on and the tempo high. Just need to execute and fight in the trenches! Bixby by an XP!
Jenks Silver vs Union Black- Jenks probably shuts the board off, but it's not enough to get them in the dance. Just dug too deep of a hole.
Bixby White vs Sand Springs- Ho hum ho hum just another 35 pt victory for the spartans. Getting old typing that week after week lol
Owasso Black vs Jenks White- GOTY- Jenks white has performed above par in most games this season, with a week one loss to Bixby White and a tight win against Union Red mixed in. I'm pretty positive if Jenks hadn't laid an egg week one and had played pretty much anyone else, this would be a battle of unbeatens for the division championship and the 1 seed. As it is, both are undefeated in division play and this one will seal home field advantage all the way to the finals. #5 is the game changer for the trojans, and he must be contained. #16 operates the offense consistently and delivers the ball well downfield especially off playaction. #10 is a 6' athlete that routinely shows up on both sides of the ball making plays. #15 is a workhorse and moves all over the offensive and defensive formation giving opponents fits! #8 gets after it on the line and is always showing up on film making nice blocks downfield and at the point of attack, as well as disrupting the offense from the DE spot. We will have a challenge on our hands to contain the big play and stop the run this week, but I think our OB7 crew is up to the task. See you Saturday at 7:00 Wiltshire!
