This is correct if they go by points first over win-loss record. Do they go by points first then
default to win-loss and/or head to head if points are tied?

Articles 2 and 4 in the post season games section of rule book seem to contradict each other a little bit. But article 2 clearly states playoffs and seeding are determined by marginal points

All of the points calculated by house of bourbon on the spreadsheet for the top 4 teams of division 2 are accurate and only based on divisional games.

Agree with most, but respectfully, GOTW is OWHITE/USLIVER, .

And only change up in Div-2 is 1 & 2 seed. BXBB & SS are mathematically locked.

Agreed it is a GOTW (I'm a Silver parent) and SS is matematically locked but depending on the point spread on the BXBB game and the point spread on the OW-US game, BXBB can move up to #2 and one of the other teams OW/US can move to #3 while the other take #1. BXBB is playing JMaroon, if it is an 8 point spread to BXBB that moves their standing to 27. US would have to win then by 1 point to stay at #2 and 2 points to move to #1 and OW to #2. If the point spread is to go the other way in favor of OW then US would move to #3 and BXBB would move to #2. The only time that US would be put over BXBB is if standing are the same and because US beat BXBB.

Thank you! All of my assessments are based on INFC input and rule book. I am a numbers person, my job is to analyze risks and rewards. So my Analysis was as I stated, US would have to win by 1 point, which would tie us in marginal points with BXBB if they were to win by 8 against JMarron and give us the #2 seed. And We would have to win by 2 points to tie marginal points with OWhite and win the head to head to get the #1 seed, otherwise we will be a #3 seed. According to INFC, the only time it would not be based on Marginal points is when they are tied for marginal points and then it is based on record or head to head. Like you stated, Section 18, Article 2: States "Marginal Points shall be calculated for each divisional game played throughout the regular season. Post-Season eligibility and seeding shall be determined utilizing marginal points. The maximum number of marginal points per game shall be eight points. No team shall add or subtract more than eight points per game. A. The maximum number of marginal points for any games that went into overtime shall be plus or minus one point. B. If two teams are tied (on marginal points), the advancer shall be the team that defeated the other during the regular season."
