Anybody making any changes after the first round of scrimmages? Morning session had it all - miyagi dogs, late show ups,  pool pole GoPros, 80’s jerseys, jet TDs, big hits and some
Muskogee passing attack.

AllIn will definitely need an FAA permit for all future trips to Jenks with the pool pole. The only thing more certain than a 🐧 sighting at a Maroon game is AllIn at a JW game (or scrimmage) with his pool pole 😂

I’ll add Union Red as a playoff team after watching that man child #10 although I’m not sure he’ll be able to run the ball once season games start. It was fun watching those coaches getting so stoked about scrimmages though.  AllIn put that GoPro stabilizer to the test last night. I got motion sickness just watching him moving that thing around.  Highlight of the night  was when it looked like we were gonna see the new ejection rule used.

Ha! jokes on you Mav! If I’d have seen the Trojan goon squad coming my inspector gadget go pro extender woulda shot helicopter blades out the top and I woulda flown to red rock for a few perfect margaritas.

And jdubb I saw you eyeing my pole… best to be more discreet lest Coach12 gets jealous!

My boy was a 6th grader playing up on my Owhite team last season, so he's playing with this Oblack 2028 group.  I'm a bystander so it's nowhere near the same role, these coaches have been with this team since day one first grade and do a great job.  Looking like a great season so hopefully we see each other around! If you're with a 7th grade team let me know and let's set up a scrimmage!

Does every Jenks coach have the pool pole cameras now? Owasso FOR offices sent me a fax yesterday asking if Owasso coaches would be interested in scout drones for us next year. Getting my FAA license updated now so we can be ready for next season.

Ty, we always welcome you and Michael to Jenks. In fact, come stay awhile...the grass is greener in South Tulsa, especially south of 71st and north of 121st  ;)  Despite what Ronnie says.

I watched #10 from Ured this past weekend in awe.  Got to be one of the better youth football players I've ever seen.  They will find a way to get him under weight, their whole season depends on it.  But I'm going to say that despite my comment, I dont see them making the playoffs.  And that's just not to get the forum fired up as Allin would like, I truly believe that at this level and talent in our grade, you can't show up with a one man band and be so one dimensional.  Many have tried but you have to have a dual threat not necessarily a passing attack but another stud to share the load.  Good defenses know how to key on one dude.  Will he get some yards and a TD, maybe two, most likely bc he's almost superhuman but to go four quarters with a top team that's well coached, my bet is on the TEAM and not the player.  That's my overvalued $0.02 and we will stress test that theory at some point this season when we play them in division.

Oblack looked really good.  News flash for some of you, they are way more than 23. Although he is a top tier stud, they have several weapons on both sides of the ball and we will have an absolute battle on our hands when we mix it up in our division this year.

BA Black trimmed down to size and put the heavy weight gloves on so they are a top contender and Norris got his swag back.  Last time we played in 5th, they got us 6-0 and we look forward to mixing it up Sat evening in BA under the lights.

Bixby White is my favorite team to watch on O.  Gage and BJ are right up there with #10 when it comes to game changers.  As scary as BW was last yr, adding a kid like Gage who can throw 50 yds on a dime has kept me up at night since I heard Ronnie got him back.  Oh yeah and he can kick 2pts with his eyes closed and on one leg so just add 8 pts for every TD they score if you're trying to do the math pre game.  And Ronnie hates the attention but this year he can't sandbag to the whole league and we're just trying to keep the scoreboard from breaking from overuse during our week one battle.

I'm going out on a limb here and say Bixby Blue shocks some people this year.  They have the same problem as several teams in 30ish kids but they will get it figured out towards the end of the season and I believe will be in the playoff discussion.  Another opinion worth the price of admission.

JWhite added a Ferrari and a Mack Truck this year.  I'll let you guys figure out which one is which.  And a few of our returners showed up in a completely different body so we have a few things working for us.  However, I've been down this road before and know nothing is ever given to you so we always act like we are the underdog and bring our lunch pale and hard hat everywhere we go.

See you guys Sat for another fun filled day of hoops and hollers, towel celebrations over scrimmage successes and pool pole GoPros that make opposing coaches jealous (check your facts on who said Pool Pole is pls.)

Gage will allow BJ to play a more natural position and both of them are in the top 10 in our grade so should be interesting. Coaching goes a long way and I believe...well I will keep that to myself, but should be a great opening day for 7th INFC in Jenks and with two of the best in the grade playing each other(coaching and players) could give others a scouting report. Have a fun year fellas.
