Owasso White vs Piedmont I am looking forward to watching this one live.  OWhite looked pretty good against Verdigris and I heard from someone they were missing a couple key starters so I can only imagine how many more points they would have scored on Verdigris if they had been active.

Bixby Red vs Lincoln Christian Hoping Bixby Red can play spoiler 2 years in a row plus the boys in Red White and Blue always seem to show out in big games like this!

BA Black vs Norman Twolves Without the aura of the Penguin stalking the sidelines getting those boys fired up with his sideline penalties I think this is the Twolves year to shake that monkey  (or penguin) off their backs. 

Jenks Maroon vs (O-White/Piedmont winner) Maroon squeaked by OWhite last year in the regular season when "The Jet" took over the game in the 2nd half to help seal the W.  This year the starting QB(10) and 13 (AKA Sweetness AKA The Hammer) will both be there to help out their Maroon brothers.  If Piedmont beats OWhite wednesday (not happening) my pick is still Jenks Maroon. 

Glenpool vs Yukon (Saturday) I've seen the grocery store shelves in Yukon recently and they definitely have a Mayo shortage.  Fear Not!!  The Professor will force feed the Millers more Mayo than they need/want/don't want. So much Mayo they'll be eating egg salad, chicken salad, deviled eggs, tuna salad, potato salad and any number of other foods that use Mayo for the next few months.

Ft Gibson vs Hilldale (Wednesday) I'm on the Tiger Train!!  After seeing the confidence of 2Tigersand1cup21 on the other string they will no doubt be taking Hilldale to the woodshed.

Sand Springs vs BA Chrome I haven't seen SS in person but if their 7th grade squad is a look at the future.......BA Chrome will have more than they can handle.

Catoosa vs Stillwater

Dutch vs (Catoosa/Stillwater winner) Dutch Dutch Dutch Dutch Metro Metro.... All the way to their destiny where they'll face the FTG Juggernauts.

Commandos vs Berryhill There is only room for 1 private school in the next round so that means the Commandos will fall to the Mighty Harland Heartbreakers (cut me some slack on this one.  Im pressed for time so didn't get to put a lot of thought in to it.

Owasso White vs Piedmont (Wednesday) – PIEDMONT (I don’t know much about this O-White team, but I have to rep the west and since Piedmont beat both Edmond and Yukon, I’m going to ride with them.)

Bixby Red vs Lincoln Christian (Saturday) – LC (I have a lot of respect for the coaches and players at Bixby Red and while I think they will be competitive, I’m not sure they can win this one.)

BA Black vs Norman Twolves (Saturday) – TWOLVES (This will be a clash of two powerhouse football teams. I know it’s never safe to bet against last year’s champions, but if Norman plays mistake-free, I don’t think there is a team in the league that can beat them.)

Jenks Maroon vs (O-White/Piedmont winner) Saturday – MAROON (I haven’t seen this team play this year but I have seen them the past couple of years. They are always tough and their impressive win over last year’s champs gives them the edge in my mind.)

Glenpool vs Yukon (Saturday) – GLENPOOL (While Yukon has a good sized line and they play great fundamental, assignment football, I don’t think they can walk into Glenpool and beat this solid team.)

Ft Gibson vs Hilldale (Wednesday) – HILLDALE (The safe money, burrito or whatever is probably on Fort Gibson but I’m going with Hilldale for a number of reasons, not the least one being karma for a certain someone bragging in the forums. FG has an impressive undefeated season but only 33% of their victories are over teams with a +500 season this year. Much respect to coaches from both teams, but I think Hilldale will be ready to win as the underdog. Either way, it will be a great game!)

Sand Springs vs BA Chrome (Thursday) – SAND SPRINGS (I don’t know much about either of these teams this year but based on record and points scored/allowed, I’m giving SS the edge.)

Catoosa vs Stillwater (Wednesday) – CATOOSA (They have a better record against an arguably tougher schedule.)

Dutch vs (Catoosa/Stillwater winner) Saturday – DUTCH (They have powered through with an impressive 9-0 record. No matter who they face in this game, they should win it easily to earn a semi-final spot.)

Commandos vs Berryhill (Tuesday) – BERRYHILL (They get the nod from me based on record and points scored/allowed.)

Owasso White vs Piedmont (Wednesday)
(Owasso White) I know a lot of people are big on the Piedmont back and he is good, but I think Owasso matches up really well here. Allin & Miyagi have the Owasso White boys clicking and I think they have proven to be able to play with anyone when that happens. That match up with Maroon will be must watch!

Bixby Red vs Lincoln Christian (Saturday)
(Lincoln Christian) I am a huge fan this Bixby team and what they have accomplished over the years. Our good buddy Paul became a part of this team a few years ago and I always root for any of my former players to do well. With that being said this LC team is just a different animal. If Bixby could pull this off it would br absolutely HUGE. No disrespect to Bixby, but LC is that kinda good. Either way I expect it to be a close game and a great game.

BA Black vs Norman Twolves (Saturday)
(Norman Twolves) This Norman team is another team that is just on a different level. They are however playing a team that is on that same plane for the 1st time this season. I expect this game to be a slugfest and I expect Black to be in it until the end, but I have just had a feeling about this Twolves team all year long. Maybe I am wrong and Octavian runs wild. Either way what a game!

Jenks Maroon vs (O-White/Piedmont winner) Saturday I will call this one later.

Glenpool vs Yukon (Saturday)
(Glenpool) Too much Mayo. Glenpool got themselves a nice draw for a #2 seed. Yukon is a salty team, but numbers may hurt them here. Coachemup isn't the mad scientist for nothing. Coach does his homework and utilizes every weakness he finds.

(Hilldale) Always roll with my boys! This game just came out of nowhere. Tell myself I got plenty of time to prepare and BAM it is game day already. This Tiger's team is a really good one! We have family on the team, the greatest amount of respect for their coaches, and their fans passion. With that being said in spite of some people's insistence that we should apparently just forfeit this game we talked about it and  have actually chosen to come play.  Hopefully we show up ready to play and make this a ballgame. If both teams do show up I think it will be a great game. If there are a bunch of turnovers it could get one sided, but I really would be shocked if it got out of the 2 score range. Stranger things have happened tho so nothing surprises me too much anymore. In any instance we are blessed to still be playing meaningful football. Best of luck Tigers and hopefully we can tear this packed house down!

Sand Springs vs BA Chrome (Thursday)
(Sand Springs) I am pulling for our D2 running mate's to pull it off and the coaches have the ability to do so, but Sand Springs is legit nice. The only problem I see is how many players they have. If they have perfected the ability to get all of those guys in then they are definitely a threat to win it all. #5 & #8 are straight studs!

Catoosa vs Stillwater (Wednesday) (Catoosa) #28 runs wild! Stillwater is a tough team, but #28 just proves to be too much. This sets up a match up to find out who is the best #28 on Saturday.

Dutch vs (Catoosa/Stillwater winner) Saturday I will make this pick later.

Commandos vs Berryhill (Tuesday) (Berryhill)
Finally got to lay eyes on the Commandos recently. I have heard great things about their offense all year. They looked scrappy, but I didn't notice much size. Berryhill has a team full of good sized boys that have a nice mix of speed and strength.  This game could honestly go either way, but I have to give the nod to Berryhill in a close one.

Stillwater and Catoosa should be a good matchup. 3 weeks ago I woulda said the Indians win this game by 4 scores. I think the offense does enough to get the job done. CATOOSA 326-13
