Good coaching on both sides. HB really should me he know the game last year in after season tourneys. If I were to bet the church's money on White vs The Gee. I think HB would get em' 2nd time around. I knew The Gee didn't stand a chance the 1st time. Becuz IMO HB is better at round 2 than round 1. The dude is a film guru. Id go as far as to say if that game was played later in the season The Gee wins. Its a shame we dont get to see another matchup with the winner lining up with the Bluedogs. or even Sequoyah.  But you gotta get ya paperwork right or if not you'll be all bark with no bite. Let roll #bluedogs 3 outta 4 Chipa

My opinion that game would be 6-0 going to whatever defense can stay discipline for 4 quarters. White added something this year that we didn’t expect to turnout as good as he did for a 1st year player. That kid knew how to high point a football and we had our chance to tip it away but tipped to the wrong team. But I think the rematch would have been epic.

I'm just glad to see some activity in the forums again. For many of us here coaching 6th grade, it's our last run at it before we're forced to coach our boys from the bleachers. I'm lucky enough to have a younger player I can coach and squeeze out a few more years, but a lot of us are gonna be pretty lost, and find themselves with a lot of spare time on their hands come next August.
Work hard and never give up... If you think you can't... You're probably right.

It used to be have to "ask for a seat at the round table"....when did it switch "to raise your hand" lol

Man this really sucked for this grade this year. Now we will never know with HB saying Gee leaving INFC and the WhiteDawgs going to school ball or wherever their players move to next year.

Sequoyah is going to have a say also.  Those boys play hard.  #7 is a beast.  Tough game when we played them, down 28 to 0 at half and made a run at them in the second losing 28 to 20.  Great bunch of kids and coaches.

I’m Jenks #1 Fan, are you serious no one came close to even scoring on the Whitedogs Defense and the offense took a knee on every team they played against.

Grove can not beat the GEE unless the GEE want them too. Straight up! Grove is a solid team, but to say the capable of doing what they did to The Gee without assistance is ludicris.
