Raider I agree with you the league makes more money when a team decides to protest. Unless you believe the lie they try to give you when they say no one protested Muskogee it was a tip called in. So no one had to pay money to protest lmbo. That’s why I feel like this was done by higher ups to try and put certain type of kids in the right position and do whatever to the other kids. How you give Muskogee a 500 dollar fine, take all their wins, no playoffs plus tell them they are not allowed to enter the PST either. With all of that that proves it’s not about the kids it’s about adults having power and flexing their muscles on kids.

seriuos question, Is it illegal to requit a player thats not in your territory knowing he plays with a another club?

You know the answer because you added “recruit”. Here’s what we experienced. The rules were enforced due to some high schools “recruting” players. We didn’t have a football team at our school so INFC said go North or South based on our address. INFC required us to provide written petition prior to season starting. They declined it and required us to go in person in front of the board. We had to have the paperwork before season started to play out of district. It was approved and our school released us. We had to formally petition each year. Those were the rules as we experienced them.
