Man Coach12 why are you always hating on BA White? LoL We are just trying to compete. LoL Last week we had a new QB in for the first time in 4 years due to an injury. We didn't know until Wednesday.  So we had to do what we could with little preparation. Just happened to be against Jenks Maroon.

No hate... Just an opinion and observation that you just hinted to as well. New QB with less than a week to practice. That would make ANY offense vanilla at this age. Did you see our game against OWhite? I had my 3rd string QB in!!! VANILLA AFFFF

And one other thing CoachEmUp...... You said Jenks White hadn't beat anybody good..... But you had Coweta Black ranked 6th last week!! We all know in the BCS rankings that means JW takes their spot!!  ;D ;D ;D ;D

I was just jumping in the conversations. Jenks White and Coweta black are two good teams.   There's a lot of teams that could be in the 7-10 area this year. I  think with how the divisions were made we will have 4 or 5 teams in the playoffs that really shouldn't be there.

1. Jenks Maroon - CHAMPS!!!

2. BA Black - Guess I'm biased

3. Norman TWolves- My absolute favorite team outside of BA!!! Only 2 reasons they're not at the 2 spot.  Until then....

4.  TYAA -  Dangerous!!! Just line up and play ball.

5. Lincoln Christian - Their not done by a long shot!!! Look out!!!

6. Edmond Bulldogs - Here's what I know, THESE GUYS ARE GOOD!!!

7. Glenpool - Great team! ALWAYS a threat!

8. Piedmont - A SOLID team!!! Played Norman tough!!!

9.  Choctaw Gold - Big game coming up!!

10. Jenks White -  Last week's win was BIG Time!!!

Owasso White could definitely be at 10. It was a coin flip.

I don't post much. Im having fun coaching these kids. D4 is a war! Battle for a playoff spot every week! Respects to all! Just my opinion!

Coach I’ll say this, for all the crap about penguins and blah blah, there isn’t a coach in this league that doesn’t respect the ability of your team to play hard and fight for 4 quarters week in and week out. I’m a fan of the smash mouth style of football and to get 5th graders to play it at such a physical level makes me take my hat off to you guys, players and coaches.

Thanks Allin, 5th grade is loaded with unbelievable talent, great teams, and great coaches. I believe Mav stated towards end of last season that he believed that any of the top 5 could beat each other on any given Saturday. I believe that statement holds true now except includes more than the top 5 teams. Good luck to everyone this week. The dance is coming soon. Respects!

Might as well keep the thread alive while I’m here..... What Norman/Edmond teams are you watching Mayfield? Who On Edmond stops Alexander? And who on Edmond catches #14 on Norman? I’ve watched a few quarters of Edmond, and although their defense is solid, they aren’t playing anyone remotely competitive. I don’t think Edmond would get any closer to beating the TWolves than Piedmont did.... Help us understand because you’re the only one who voices Edmond beating Norman....

As someone who has watched both this Edmond Bulldogs team and the Norman T-wolves play multiple times (I have the action photos to prove it), I can tell you that Edmond has MORE than a shot at beating Norman any time they play. It really is a shame the league didn't grant Edmond's request to play the T-Wolves this year and that they won't meet until possibly the playoffs.

I know it was 2 years ago but if I recall correctly LC’s only loss in the regular season was to Edmond in 3rd grade and LC beat Norman T wolves 18-0. Just saying 🤷🏼‍♂️

Edmond is an extremely disciplined well coached team.
