Yeah that would definitely something the INFC would be interested in, but the problem is when you go to successful organizations and try to recruit them into your league and tell them they have to go by your rules and some possibly split their team up then it creates issues with Parents, Coaches, and Club Presidents. Even with 15-20 kids on your roster unless you have about 12-13 kids that are very easy to coach and immediate difference makers in the game then it's still tough. I would say if a team has 18-20 kids on a team and they had 10 kids that are impact players as soon as they step on the field and the team they were playing had 15 kids and 10 kids that were impact players as soon as they step on the field then you would see the team with 15 kids win by at least a couple touchdowns in the 2nd half. There is just that much of a difference in this league and because of that it will cause coaches to start coaching their kids from Bottom to Top better preparing kids as a whole league for that next level of play. Now I do understand there are still great coaches in every league so don't get me wrong, but Player Participation is a huge benefactor for our State, League, and Future. Rather it gives our kids more coaches because of Team splitting or even if a Coach wants to be competitive in order to do so he better build up the kids around his "Super Stars". With that being said most teams can not have their best kids on the field at any given moment which makes the Player Participation Rule a BIG DIFFERENCE in organization rules.
