Ryan Loudermilk and Iím 100% with Zebra pride on this one. How do you expect a 12 play kid to get better playing 12 plays a game. Itís about development. Same goes for my sons in baseball. Theyíve been the best player on a terrible team and have been near the bottom on a great team. At the end of the day it made them better players. And my sons second grade team won 1 game... he worked his tail off to get where heís at now.  Iím all for having an A team and a B team if your #s allow it. And if you want 2 teams, itís your job as a coach to try to get more kids to come out for football. The more the merrier and whoís to say a B teamer in 4th grade wonít be a monster by the time they are a freshman. They goal is development and getting kids to come play the ultimate team game. And everyone who is a coach, hats off to you. Parents, players, other coaches donít realize the sacrifices we make day in and day out. Iíd like to be at OU Texas this weekend but Iíve made a commitment to my boys. When we give our time, thatís the most precious thing we can give, because we all get the same 24 hours every day.

No comment on stacked teams its football kids get much needed reps and it's great competition  but I almost completely got kicked from coaching last year because of one gentleman no I dont know who he is nor do I care because I love coaching and love being apart of these young men lives so I stepped away from forum based off that i think every volunteer coach is a tremendous person to want and make the commitment to these players on there own time so I picked coaching over childish argument with someone that could push keys and **** me off btw everyone is doing a great job this year.
