I think the AA teams are fine. Also the 2 teams that make the finals have to play A next year. Berryhill and Lc in AA is fine with me.  Good luck to you guys.

AA is the only division a team can "choose".  Everybody that's in it chose to be for one reason or another.   I won't question anyone's motives, I was simply curious what a successful team could gain from playing in a  division that's obviously build for struggling teams.  I never said, or insinuated, that it was against the rules, but I seem to have struck a nerve.

my .02

We had a 3rd grade team win only 3 games regular season and won the AA championship in 4th grade....previous yr record don't matter. I know we're 5a but its all on the jimmies and joes and #'s you get on your squad.

It doesn't matter...sometimes all a team needs is a lil confidence builder and they can be off on a good run.

That said...our 4th grade in Pryor did add some pieces they needed and hopefully will rebuild this year and jump back in A next yr. (I'm not a 4th grade coach so just me observing them) AA does serve its purpose and with the new rule if you make it the Ship no matter class will even make it better. Because I seen a few teams win AA Ship 4th-6th and stayed in it cuz they were a lower class. Now that I didn't understand...they ran thru everybody and still stayed there yr in yr out....Now thats scared of competition. Being a 3a school or lower and going AA 4th grade no matter what your 3rd grade record was.....ahhhhh...no biggie....stay in AA after beating everyone 35-0....now thats an issue....but taken care of by INFC this yr!

Play the game!

Bruin Blue looked good at week 1 scrimmage in BA. I saw other teams that were strong also. Defense was dominate for all the teams against offense which is understandable for new or struggling teams. Bruin Blue are hoping for a good season and be able to compete in the A division next year. We will see. Hope for the best to all teams. Let have a fun season.
