Oklahoma Youth Football
« on: October 22, 2019, 07:42:06 am »
Have any of the INFC teams ever played any of the teams from Oklahoma Youth Football? If so how did we compare? There’s a group on Facebook and it’s a whole lot of trash talking about Impact, Eagles, etc etc... I just wonder how the big dogs in our league would do or have done in the past? I’ve asked on their page but can’t ever get an answer...

From what I've heard they don't have any weight limits. I heard a 5th grade team from Norman scrimmaged one of OYF teams, but didn't hear how it went other than they were huge.

We've scrimmaged the Eagles and the Cowboys a few years back with my 7th grade team.  They were legit and the talent was very strong.  They don't have a weight limit and we got all the competition we wanted and then some!

I’m not sure about OYF but I will say another level of football exist. It’s a competitive league.  I’ve seen it, my sons been a part of it. Some of the biggest and fastest kids I’ve ever seen all on one team.  They look like men.  10/11 year old boys all at least 5ft6 - 5ft8.  I’m not exaggerating.  They are as good as it gets.

My son played in the INFC & on Impact. Our 4th grade INFC Championship team would've lost to the Impact team. The kids were much bigger and the ball carriers have no weight limits. The INFC is more structured and coaching across the board better. The weight limits are the game changer. If they had INFC rules its would be great competition.

I wish I could post a video of these kids they have.  Incredible and the teams we played were coming in from all over.
