Nations top 15 week 7
« on: October 19, 2016, 07:55:54 am »
1. Bluedogs- The Champs went on the road into hostile territory and beat championship contender Grove. The whole town of Grove was there to see the "Greatest Show on Turf"
2. Muskogee - Gotta go wit the Hit Squad at #2. It was hard to decide this spot but I give the edge to The Gee. This weekend will tell us whether or they are deserving.
3. USilver- undeafeated and looking strong. Nice blend of size and speed. But more importantly coaches are doing a great job.
4. Jenks silver- Big wins over good competition. If not for the lost early this team could be sitting at #2
5. Grove - some may disagree, and to be honest if this were a power ranking the Ridgerunners would be in my top 3. But a lost at home to the top rank Bluedogs drops them in my polls. Believe me nobody wants to play Grove in a win or go home contest.
6. TYAA White- White has a chance to put their name back in the Championship discussion taking on undeafeated Muskogee. Should be interesting. Let's Go!! GOTW
7. Wagoner black- coach Steele always has this team in contention. Then next to weeks will tell us whether the Bulldogs are playoff contender or championship contenders
8. Sequoyah- 1 divisional lost coming at the hands of the  top ranked Bluedogs. Welcome to the big dance. The eagles are a scary team. Be careful
9. Ba Black- The Black Tigers bounced back lead by their Top Gun #1 earning themselves a return trip to the playoffs and a possible rematch with the. High Flying Eagles.
10. Owasso Red - breaks into my top 10 riding a 4 game winning streak. If the Red Rams handles business this weekend, they would enter the playoffs on a 6 game winning streak and maybe the hottest team in the grade. It won't be easy on the road against the "Peoples Champ" Choctaw.
11. Bixby Red- Big game Red is at it again seeming to always play their best ball last few weeks of the season. If Muskogee beats TYAA White. That will set up a Big Game match up for the last playoff spot in Div. 2... Get your popcorn ready. All eyes are on Division 2
12. Bixby blue- Some had Blue as high as #2 but 2 bad losses has the Blue Spartans searching fór answers to fix the offense
13. BA Silver-  Interesting Team, I Don't know how far they can go but I Do know that Silver will be in every game.
14. Jenks White- still in playoff contention I think. I won't even try to figure out the breakdown of D-4. But it seems if J-Dub wins out they are in and Bxb Blue is out!!! Oh my.
15. Lincoln Christian- The Bulldogs should be higher but do to them playing AA I think 15 is fair. Although it may not be fair to BA orange, Glenpool, Union Red, Pryor, BA White, hanks Maroon, and Bishop Kelley.
