Thanks for all of the kind words and congratulations fellas!

It definitely wasn't an easy road. Tons of tough teams in this league for sure! As Mav said, the last few weeks of our regular season schedule absolutely prepared the boys for the post season in the best way possible. That loss to Norman was tough to swallow, but the boys battled back from it and took on and Edmond team that gave us EVERYTHING they had. Coming back from being down 13 showed the boys they could handle adversity and that being down even two touchdowns doesn't mean you've already lost. It was an amazing lesson for them.

Every player on our team earned this championship. From the lethal backfield, to the lineman, to the twelve play players, they worked their butts off all season long. I couldn't be more proud to be part of such an amazing team of growing young boys. Our coaching staff, like many others, has spent COUNTLESS hours watching film to prepare for this game. Pretty sure if my boss knew how much time I invested during work hours, I'd have lost my job! Our DC is a MASTERMIND and prepared some incredible schemes for us. Without him, this championship wouldn't have been possible. As Mav said, I'm the OC, and taking credit for anything when I've got the backfield that we do, seems silly. It's pretty easy when you get to just pick and choose between #5 and #13 and just let those studs do their thing. But it wouldn't have been possible without our line that stepped up and took on one of the biggest, and meanest defenses in all of INFC. it absolutely takes EVERY. SINGLE. KID.

BA Black: There was no doubt in my mind that we would be in for the fight of our season when we saw you all had beat that incredible Norman T-Wolves team. I knew then that sleep would be secondary to figuring out how to win. Congratulations on such an amazing season. Being undefeated going into the championship game is a win in itself in this stacked league. Your players are ALL studs. #54, the man child, is just as big and strong as advertised. I told my son he would be in for the fight of his football career having to block him this game, and it was a battle on its own. #87 is one of the hardest, most brutal players I have ever seen. That kid hits hard, flows to the ball like a college LB, and is just flat out incredible. Your boys never gave up, played with tons of heart, and every one of them showed their skill and proved that you all deserved to be there in that game. I know the loss hurts for those boys, but they are all champions in my eyes after the season you all had. Again, congratulations on an amazing season.

Definitely sad to see and FEEL the season end. I know the forum will fizzle out as we all transition into other sports. I look forward to hearing from all of you on here and reading the breakdowns and all of our banter. I know I get a little chippy and mouthy at times, but believe me, its all in fun and just to talk a little trash. I never mean to offend anyone. So with that being said, I only have one thing left to say........

Those Jenks practices must be preeetttyyy tough!!  ;) ;) ;) ;) See you all next season!! Good luck with all of the other sports gentleman!! It's duck blind time for me!
