1. Glenpool....they are ahead of the game on offense and I bet they haven’t even dipped into the playbook. #49 is the best lineman in 3rd grade. Only weakness is they have 22 or so kids.
2. BA white....#13 is track star fast.
3. Collinsville....aggressive team and great coaches. #24 is a very good Lineman.
4. Skiatook....big OL and Christian Mcaffrey #7 in the backfield.
5. Jenks.....#9 and #11 are outstanding. Very Well coached.
6. BA Gold....better be prepared for Usain Bolt and Carl Lewis in their backfield.
7. South Tulsa....tough schedule. Still damn good.
8. Stillwater
9. Grove....very underated team.
10. Verdigris...#44 is 100% effort.

I think too many people are sleeping on Glenpools defense.. yes, their offense is on another level, but that defense is aggressive and fly to the ball... other than that, very good polls..from a couple of newer participants..thanks guys for keeping the chatter going,I will have mine posted shortly...

I add Jenks Silver to the 11+ list. They look like they are getting better every week and that can QB can throw really well.

Here it is folks,in all its glory,lol... 1st things first..,this season has been brutal for my boys this far,but we will continue to fight...

1. Glenpool (I've heard and seen and seen and heard, but lining up against this squad for 4 quarters... you have got to pack a lunch ... the are very sound on both sides, next few weeks will tell alot more.)
2. BA White( still the champs, came out with a nice win against a really tough Zebra team...)
3. Collinsville ( Another complete team I've had the privilege to lineup against this year, mind you it was only in the scrimmages.  Sidenote: we have lined up in some aspect against the 3 ranked and Claremore in this short season, lol)
4. BA Gold( going with Gold here, just feel like they are on a mission)
5. Jenks Maroon( between this squad,ba gold and Skiatook, it was a toss up in what order to go... )
6. Skiatook( unfortunately I have not had the pleasure to ever see this team live, heard great things...looking to see how they matchup with Cville...)
7. Stillwater ( this squad seems to be rolling and only time will tell,I do know their 4th grade squad is salty..)
8. Grove( in this division, any given Saturday.. probably the toughest from top to bottom..)
9. Lincoln Christian ( another D2 squad that has it figured out in this early season.)
10. Norman (been rollin along.)
11. Muskogee (the Gee dropped a tough one,but looking to bounce back in a big way
.)
12. TYAA White( one team I may be missing a score from, but deserving to be in the mix regardless...)
13. Verdigris ( here we are again with D2...)
14. South Tulsa ( should be primed to reel off a few wins in the next few weeks..)
15. Wagoner ( tough division, time will tell..)
16. Jenks Silver( picked up a decent win, gaining confidence)
17. Owasso Red( still looking to make some noise.)
18. Choctaw ( another team I think I'm missing a score for..either way,a solid top 3 finisher in D1...)
19. TYAA Black( controls their destiny in D4, a solid 3rd right now..)
20. Sequoyah (gets the nod and rounds out my last bid...)

Again, as always EPO... enjoy, comment and share your thoughts...

1.   BA White (Champs aint done yet. Automatically gets the top spot until someone knocks them off)
2.   Glenpool (Looking for a clinic, just travel South past Jenks and you will get that and then some)
3.   BA Gold (continue to put up the W each week)
4.   Skiatook (Big up front, great backfield. Took care of Black last week and looking to continue that)
5.   Jenks Maroon (Exciting team to watch. Continue to pitch shutouts each week, watch out this team can play)
6.   Stillwater (Stilly has had some success in the INFC just look up to 4th grade if you don’t know. These boys looking to make a name for themselves)
7.   Grove (Only loss coming from the champs, this team should finish 2nd in D2)
8.   Verdigris (Only loss coming from the champs and also looking to steal 2nd place in D2)
9.   TYAA White (Getting better each week. **** my top 10)
10.   Muskogee (Close one last week in the loss to Silver and it does not get any easier for them)
11.   Norman (Norman sits 3-1 only losing to Choctaw in OT)
12.   LC (Lost by 6 last week to #8, can they pull the upset next week against Grove?)
13.   South Tulsa ( I will just repeat what I said last week, “Don’t get it twisted OT loss to #4 and a 6-0 loss to #5. They handle business from here on out and I do not see them losing again this season)
14.   TYAA Black (One if the best 2-2 teams out there but they face a stingy defense this week)
15.   BA Black (3-1 and continuing to put up wins)
16.   Bixby White (I know they loss to GP by 25 and BA by 7 but they put up a big time win last Saturday against #10)
17.   Jenks Silver (Like Bixby White, you play #2 and #3 and tell me what the outcome will be. Does the clouds clear the rest of the season for them?)
18.   Bixby Blue (Only 2 losses coming from #9 by 5 and #11 by 1)
19.   Claremore (Like South Tulsa, this team takes care of business from here on out)
20.   Sand Springs, Owasso Red, Sequoyah, Wagoner, Sapulpa, Westmoore

Even those team that are currently 1-3 or 0-4, I’m seeing some really good football from them. It’s just so much competition in this grade

As I always say, If you don't like my picks or the next ones, post your own EPO!!!!!!

2) BA White.  QB 44 chunking all over the yard to those track athletes 4 and 13
3) Collinsville Chanpionship game last year and still going. Took down Frazier last year
4) BA Gold Tough time with Bixby White last week
5) Skiatook looking good this year
6) Jenks Maroon looked good in scrimmages. Havent seen this season
7) Stilly alot unknown out west
8) Bixby White If they can get that O going their line play is stout
9) South Tulsa 2 close losses and a good track record
10) Muskogee throw it around as much as anyone I've seen on film
11)+ Verdigris, Grove, Tyaa white, Tyaa Black

Avid reader but don't usually post - figured I would after reading about it being quieter than normal... so, just as a disclaimer - out of shape parent (with Maroon) observing from the nosebleeds and watching a pathologically unhealthy amount of video. No real credentials to my name or rankings:

1) GPool - Just in a different league. Line in sync with back perfectly. When you are using this kind of misdirection, pulling guards and tackles, counters, fakes reverses, screens - you name it - in 3rd grade, you are just at a level that can't be challenged very much. Even teams that have a solid D, this D is very powerful but it is just not as noticed because the O is so lights out. Might as well hand the trophy over (barring any serious injury (God forbid), catastrophe, enrollment issue, DNA Swab, or ICE raids)
2) Collinsville - so polished and tons of athleticism. They could run the same 4 plays all day and stomp all over most everyone. Best possible challenge to the Pool
3) BA White - champs for 8 man. Very impressive team, but need to see it a little cleaner to go back to #2 for my rankings
4) BA Gold - this is very close. Actually 2/3/4 all very close. However, there seems to be some concentrated speed and athleticism here, especially on the outside. If teams can manage outside protect, they may have a small chance. The only reason I rank white at #3 is I have seen a little more versatility from white. Gold probably has it, I just haven't seen it yet
5) Skiatook - deceptively strong team. Would probably have cruised through unnoticed if not for S Tulsa win. Puts them on the map and they appear here to stay.
6) S Tulsa - Very impressive adjustments Coach Davis has made since there loss to us. I'm ranking them ahead of us because of the strong athletes, and they finish every play. Our win may have been a fluke - it was the first week of sideline only coaching, after all.
7) Maroon - I have to give our team some credit. We have athletes and it is a major step up from our old club (Bixby). That said, defense is keeping us in it. O seems to be getting less cohesive and more predictable week to week. If we could get it fixed, would be like Achilles finding a podiatrist. For now, doubt we could beat S Tulsa again.
8) Grove - Very impressive team and solid. All 11 doing there job. Need to see them live to see if they have the speed to go higher into top 10 - hard to tell from video alone
9) Verdigris - Wow! Really integrating that new player from S Tulsa well. Watching them improve week to week and so impressed. Met some of the coaches when we played with them and Catoosa in Sooner Classic last year - they really know what they are doing. Hope you guys keep this team getting stronger and stronger.
10) Stillwater - This is tough because there are several I think are deserving, and you don't know enough until a team is really tested. The TYAA win was impressive, but I still see some stuff that makes it tough to rank any higher right now.

Teams in the hunt: Bixby White, Jenks Silver, Claremore, Lincoln, and Muskogee.
I'm sure there are others but still have to work and spend some time with the fam so can't be a 24 hr analyst for 3rd grade youth football.

Shout out to Coach Bell at Catoosa. I'm sure it is a challenging season but you are a great coach - tough division - lots of D2 teams have it unfair compared to others.

Feel free to critique me - anyone and everyone - just to keep the chatter going.
Also, just for some fun and sick humor, would it be kinda hilarious if we all just left GPool out of the top 10 for a week? Or would that be too obvious?!?! Maybe 2 or 3 by everyone... just to keep it lively and get to read about the record and lack of losses over and over. Or would it just touch too big of a nerve? LOL - I kid!

Thanks coach for taking the humor in stride - hope the kid from our old team is doing alright with you guys. He has a good attitude and never talked back - hopefully your coaching talent can help him with football development

Good luck with rest of the season!

Always take it in stride. I like it. I give people heck on here but i laugh about it and want it to be in good fun. Never want anything on here personal. I can take good fun just like I can dish it. Good times. We do our best with the boys. I just make sure we have 11 on the field. The other coaches do the work. Not sure the kid your talking about but all 22 of the boys give their best and that's all you can ask. I think most on here enjoy the good ribbing

Here's my top 12 with some data to put it in perspective. Keep in mind obviously not all schedules are created equal and with a few exceptions at the top I'd say a lot of these teams could beat each other any given Saturday.
Glenpool - Has scored 128 points according to what I know. Allowed a kickoff return TD but no offensive TDs against them.
Collinsville - Has scored 112 and allowed 0.
BA White - They seem to own a very tough D-2.
Jenks Maroon - Scored 85, allowed 0.
Stillwater - Yes I know they are D-1 and even though I personally doubt the strength of D-1, but they've scored 104 points (3rd most league wide) and only allowed 19. So even if it's a weak schedule, they're putting up the right kind of numbers.
Skiatook - I sort of view Grove and Skiatook on the same level from what I know and have seen of them, very big fast and aggressive. Can beat almost anyone depending on breakfast.
Grove - See above.
BA Gold - Plenty of speed, have scored 99 points, but have allowed 38 points and the 7-0 win over Bixby White dropped them in my estimation a little. Will probably rise back up, but the Glenpool game will be informative for sure.
South Tulsa - South Tulsa doesn't have the record they'd like but they've scored 77 and only allowed 18.
TYAA White - Both TYAA teams have played quality opponents and proven to be dangerous. Lost to C'ville, now face South Tulsa. Both of their records will get better, but not sure I see them getting far in playoffs necessarily.
TYAA Black - See above. I honestly don't know which one is better, they both have a +25 point differential but Black is 2-2 losing to Stillwater and Skiatook, white is 3-1.
Verdigris - 3-1 only losing to BA White, but still have to face Grove. Could easily see them rising back up my ranks.

Yes I left out Norman, Muskogee and LC, all with 3-1 records, and Jenks Silver at 2-2. Norman faces their biggest test against BA White this weekend and even if they put up a good match against them, they'll be getting more attention. I think LC is in for a hard road as their schedule only gets tougher. Muskogee's loss to Jenks Silver may have just dropped them out of the playoff conversation unless they can beat BA Gold or Glenpool. Will be interesting to see if J Silver can start lighting up the scoreboard after a very hard first 4 weeks.
