So for those of us avid fans who have been eliminated already but just had to check out the festivities tonight-

Thought I’d offer a quick halftime update:

Pretty tight and close with ToP pretty much favoring Took until about 3 min left in first half. 2nd quarter penalties really seemed to hurt Took, and then the Pool did what they do and went wild. After took failed to convert on 4th kinda deep in their territory, the mad genius of the Pool got creative and caught them with their signature trap play nobody can seem to stop! From my vantage point, about a 25-30 yd TD run with a good extra point. Ensuing kickoff, decent return by Took but fumbled on the tackle - turnover to Pool. Almost very next play got them with the same trap play going the opposite direction of first score. Didn’t quite get the EP due to some penalties. Ensuing kickoff - on side kick recovered by pool and had some decent plays but failed to score before halftime buzzer. So, currently 13-0 pool and gonna see if Took can make a comeback. They are a very strong team in person and could regroup!
