Playoff Projections
« on: October 25, 2020, 03:27:51 pm »
Wow! What a weekend. TYAA beats Owasso Red 13-12 in the game of the week/year? Collinsville Red beats Bixby in another GOTW! 1 week left then we are on to the playoffs...Projections below.

Division 1:

Norman
Stillwater
Choctaw

Stillwater over Choctaw this week should solidify their spot at 2. Norman is solid and should handle Choctaw with ease.

Division 2:

Muskogee
TYAA Red
Coweta Black

I predict things get a little rough this weekend with TYAA Red away from home...Perhaps a taste of their own home cooking...Muskogee by 3...they win the division and #1 seed.

Division 3:

TYAA White
Owasso Red
?????

TYAA White with a signature win over the Rams this weekend at O’Brien. They should secure a #1 seed in the division. Really not sure who the 3 will be. Do we really have to take 3 teams? 😂

Division 4:

Hilldale
Union
Verdigris

This seems all but certain.

Division 5:

Glenpool
Bixby
Collinsville Red

What a competitive division. Red turned it on when it mattered most against Grove and Bixby. Huge game vs Glenpool this Saturday. If Collinsville wins Sat, they win the division. They lose then Bixby wins it. or the division. I predict a close Glenpool win. H/t jboehler for this 😎

Thanks for putting this out Rambo. In div 5 if Collinsville wins Sat, they win the division. They lose then Bixby wins it. I expect the champ to come from div 2 or 4 or 5. Should be a fun playoff to watch.

D1
Norman
Stillwater
Choctaw
Norman vs Choctaw 10/31 GOTW This could go as a 3way tie if Norman lose

D2
MUSKOGEE
Tyaa Red
Coweta Black
MUSKOGEE vs TYAA RED 10/31 will determine who will end they last regular season game as #1 in D2

D3
Tyaa white
Owasso Red
Berryhill
Tyaa white Beating Owasso Red they just finish the season winning they division

D4
Hilldale
Union
Verdigris
Hilldale Finish the season winning they division

D5
Bixby
Glenpool
Collinville red
With collinville red Losing to sand springs that will just leave them at #3 even with the big win against bixby. But bixby stay at #1 In win the division

How does that work? If Collinsville wins and Bixby wins this week.

Bixby 6-1 in division
Glenpool 5-2 in division
Collinsville 6-1 in division

Collinsville wins head to head against Bixby.

Found this...

If two teams have equal records at the end of the regular Conference play, the team that won over the other will be considered to have the higher league standing.

In the event three or more teams are tied with identical records and no winner can be determined, the advancing team shall be determined by totaling the margin of points for each tied team in all Divisional games (or division games if two or more divisions). The advancing team shall be the team with the greatest number of marginal points

Glenpool is 4-1
Collinsville Red is 4-1
Bixby is 4-1

Glenpool wins Saturday and they are the champs. Tough division.

Divisional numbers are wrong. If Cville beats Glenpool and Bixby wins this week.

Bixby 6-1
Glenpool 5-2
Cville 6-1 and they have head to head win with Bixby.

Does not include the 3 non-divisional games.

Messed up again.

B 5-1
G 4-2
C 5-1

Cville with head to head against Bixby and does not include non-divisional games. This is confusing. 🤷🏼‍♂️

If Bixby wins and Collinsville wins, Collinsville will be #1 seed.

If Bixby wins and Glenpool wins, Bixby will be #1 seed.

Collinville win to glenpool bixby may be first even though they both have 1 lost they may go off of points total but who cares infc don't give these teams nun for winning the division anyway so good luck to all 3 teams in each division in the playoffs

Lol. If Collinsville wins, they will only have one loss also. We’ll see....
Have a good night.
