Muskogee Green 2nd grade
« on: November 06, 2022, 11:52:50 am »
Couldn’t be more proud of a team. They have played with heart no matter the out come, no one can take anything away from these young men. They left everything on the field today. A great season at 9-2. Good luck to everyone.

Not a pound, he was 115.01 it was 1oz, this is why I don’t like weight limits on making children not able to play or play up. I don’t care if you have one for who can carry the ball. But to tell a child your to big to play in your grade isn’t right. To make them move up to the next grade is just as unsafe. To make children go without eating just to make weight so they can play in their grade. But rules are rules.

It wasn’t up to us it was up to the rep for the infc they wouldn’t let him. We felt bad that he couldn’t play!

I seen a head coach let a kid that was 70.2 be a no striper yesterday because that was what the kid had been all year. The rep at the weigh ins let that happen since both the head coaches were ok with it. I hate to see a kid not be able to play the last game of the year with his team that he played all year with over 1 ounce
