I'm picking the upset!!
« on: September 28, 2016, 08:54:34 am »
With two beasts on the line and two top notch running backs, one of which I consider to be as good as anyone in the league, BA silver has 4 players that can match up with anyone. The experienced coaching staff of BA silver will have these kids ready to go! This game is a must see battle between two top tier teams!

Prediction: 18-12 BA silver

Thanks for the support SilverFan. It will be a fun game to watch for sure.  These two teams are pretty close with top four athletes Silver gets the nod there but TYAA gets the nod on complete team experience and athletic ability.  This game believe it or not comes down to the way the refs call the game.  Some let false starts happen more than others some let bear hugs on Def ends happen more than others some let the corners get held more than others.  Not complaining this is just a fact of life.  So just depending on how lenient or how strict the refs are will determine this one.  Bottom line it is going to be a fun slobber knocking game for the kids to play, the coaches to coach, and the fans to watch.

im not gonna lie ive been waiting on this game for awhile but i have to disagree with you @dvy the refs will not decide this game or anyother game there are dozens of plays in a game and to pinpoint a mistake of a ref on one play and not point put mistakes made coaches, players, and the team is novice. We concentrate on things we can control and you complaining about officiating before the weigh in is a built in excuse. Good Luck our babies are going to give it 1000% as im sure yours is as well may the better team win

Making plays-- Yeah Tyaa Black does have the superior athletes compared to everyone else in the league!! They definitely are LOADED! If they don't go undefeated all season long and win those games convincingly, with the talent everyone knows they have, then it would be a travesty! No  one can compete with that.... Good luck to everyone Saturday! As we all are playing for 2nd place.....

No excuses from this first year all drafted team.  Just don't be embarrassed and rude if some how this first year team beats your loaded defending championship team.  I was just referring to how refs let some teams get away with fouls more than others.  Take last week game between Tyaa Black and Muskogee which are what 0-13 over the past two years, Muskogee should have had 3 safeties on TYAA with all the false starts TYAA had.  They could have called it every play and believe me they will know about it this week.  Our kids aren't huggers either so if you could keep your kids from hugging our DE and Corners I think they would appreciate that.  We are realist and know TYAA has the superior athletes, we also know with 16 years experience that you will have them so over hyped for this game that there will be all kinds of mistakes made by your team that we intend to exploit.  Like I stated before I believe TYAA wins 18-6 but game closer than score.  After the game we will walk across field with our heads high with congratulations on a good game and I hope your squad does the same.  I have heard about a lot of in your face you suck talk from several coaches I have spoken with over the past year and half and I hope this type of attitude won't be shown to our young boys.   We teach good sportsmanship and win or lose we will show class!  Good luck to the Champs!  P.S.  One word of advice because most people hate it but it is legal have your line protect itself because we intend on cutting every play.  Don't want upset parents or coaches when kids aren't protecting themselves properly and are on the ground hurt.  Our intentions aren't to hurt any child our intentions are to level the playing field with your superior athletes and get them on the ground so they can't use that speed.  Good luck Saturday!

man every week you hop on these post complaining about the refs im honestly tired of hearing grown men complain about something thats not in either of our control. And trust me if the refs are going to favor any1 in BA against a TYAA team it sure as hell wont be us. youve been begging for film of us since u got your roster and i see youve been getting all the tape you can. So i hope it works and GOOD LUCK
PS. we can and will adjust to any and everything thrown at us from the refs to your boys going for the knees.

I haven't seen a second grader  perform a "cut block" correctly yet. It's dangerous and gonna get a innocent kid hurt. my kids will play straight up and if it's Tyaa black we will pick our selves up after every play and try again. Good luck coaches and I pray no kid gets hurt.

Well I have had the chance on several occasions to chop it up with the Tyaa Black Coaches in person and they are stand up guys if you ask me. I like em. BA Silver has had an impressive start to the season. Obviously Coached up. I have seen the "1st yr all drafted team" thing a few times tho and it has me curious. Does that mean that this is all of those boys 1st yr of playing football period?  No shots in that question either just for the record. Jojo I still tend to agree with you on the "Cut blocking" thing.  It is funny to me how Coaches will get on here and throw fits about a score being posted over 28 pts margin of victory but, still are not bothered at all about sending a kid low. As I have said several times IF the cut block is performed correctly then I have no problem with it but,  I like you have seen a ton of Mighty Mite games and 90% of the time it is not. Coached up or not we are still talking 7 & 8 yr old kids. They don't always do what they are taught and all it takes is one time to blow up a knee. I can handle a kid taking a big hit but, losing a kid due to the one time a kid goes lower than intended or on purpose is just too much. But, as long as nobody post over the Mercy rule I guess it is ok lol. I 2nd Tyaa Black. We have our kids prepared no matter the situation. Looking forward to another great wknd of Football and I will be praying for of all our kids safety. Really excited for this game too. Good luck to both teams!

Well if it isn't the President of the good Ole boys Club! Captain Shaffer putting in his two cents again!  First year all drafted team means that we knew no one and showed up at combine with no protects no kids and mind, no children of ours.  Silverwolfe was the only coach at combine and draft and he did a great job.  As far as cut blocks, in my 16 years I have never seen a kid blow out a knee.  2nd graders like you said can't do it correctly and don't hit hard enough.  The only teams that ever cry about cut blocks are superior teams with superior athletes.  Now to posting over mercy score!  The only problem I have with it is you egotistical coaches such as yourself because the kids forget about it by the time they get into car.  The only reason to post like that is to say "hey look at me, Im the next Bob Stoops!"  Embarrassing really Come on Shaffer your boys say you are better than that!  Its MM football we all know how great you and TYAA are and that everyone is playing for third.
