Had a great time at the scrimmage this weekend. Saw some good things, saw some things that we need to work on. First grade is probably the most challenging grade to coach because you're working with players that have never played football. The biggest challenge is getting the boys lined up just to run your next play  . As weeks go by the boys will get better so patience in this grade is a virtue. I think this is the least active grade as far as chatter on this forum I've seen  .
