Week 3 Pick'ems!!! Everyone get your picks in this week, you don't have 2 weeks like the last time. Lots of good match ups this week. EPO!!!




Division 1

Owasso (0-2) @ Choctaw Gold (2-0) - Choctaw Gold has a great team this year. Owasso........1 team??? Choctaw Gold with the win here. Choctaw Gold

Norman (0-2) @ Yukon (1-1) - This should be a fun game to watch as both teams have played tough defenses their last two games. I think this will be a low scoring game, but I'm going with Norman with the upset. Norman

Claremore (1-1) @ Choctaw Blue (0-2) - This is a tough game to pick, Choctaw found something last week as they come close to beating undefeated BA Black and put 19 on the score board. Claremore played TYAA Blue tough and beat Broken Arrow Platinum 12-6. The problem is Claremore has one of their star players out from a broken arm. I see this game going either way and I think it will be a low scoring game, but I'm taking Choctaw Blue, may be a different story with Claremore's player back. Choctaw Blue


Division 2

BA White (2-0) @ Coweta (0-2) - Broken Arrow White seems to be moving right along down their schedule with shut outs. They must having something special over there. Broken Arrow White

TYAA Red (1-0-1) @ Wagoner (1-1) - TYAA Red is the real deal, they have speed all over the field and they have a tough line. #98 on the line is too much to handle so get ready, but that's not it, they also have a LB #12 who also plays line sometimes as well and the kid is the best Athlete I have seen so far. Too big to run the ball, but he will be all over the field making tackles. They also have excellent corners that get to the ball well. Tough for Wagoner to play BA Gold last week and now TYAA Red. TYAA Red

Glenpool White (0-2) @ Muskogee Green (2-0) - Muskogee #7 finds seams and gets up the field quick. This week will be no different as they play another young team. Next week when they play TYAA Red we will see better match up for them. Muskogee Green

Bixby Red (1-1) @ Hilldale (0-2) - Bixby Red is 1 point away from being undefeated right now and Hilldale is sitting at 0-2. Hilldale has played 2 tough opponents and I think they get their first win this week. No I don't hate Bixby, I am simply picking who I think will win from how I think each team matches up against each other. Hilldale is a good team and I think they do it at home this week. Hilldale


Division 3

Skiatook (2-0) @ Catoosa Green (1-0-1) - GAME OF THE WEEK #2!!! Skiatook had a big win over Sand Springs last week and they're sitting at 2-0 going into week 3. They have a good QB, a fast RB, and a top notch Lineman. Going to be a tough team for anyone to beat. Catoosa Green just not ready for a team like this, maybe by playoffs, but not right now. Still trying to get my boys to realize they're not cheerleaders, they're football players. I will say this though, they seem to play harder when the Cheerleaders are around Catoosa Green

Broken Arrow Gold (1-1) @ TYAA Blue (2-0) - Good match up here. Hopefully BA Gold has figured their snap out as they were having issues with it their first game. As good of a game it may be I think TYAA Blue has the speed and the boys to hold BA Golds RB out of the endzone enough to win. This could be a very lopsided score or a close game depending on which Gold team shows up, but I guess that can be said for any team. TYAA Blue

Bartlesville (0-2) @ Collinsville (0-1-1) - I know this Collinsville team has some boys on the line that can disrupt any offense, but I don't know if they have the speed on Offense to put points up. Bartlesville is sitting at 0-2 and had a very bad loss last week to BA White losing 42-0. Should be a good defensive game, but I'm going with the Cardinals in this one for thier first win. Collinsville


Division 4

Broken Arrow Black (2-0) @ Catoosa Black (1-1) - Another game that will be a good one. Broken Arrow Black sitting at 2-0 after a tough win against Choctaw Blue last week. Catoosa Black had a tough loss against TYAA White 13-0 and now looking to bounce back at home to get another win and do it over an undefeated BA Black team. I think this will be a defensive battle and will only have 1 TD scored. Whoever gets it wins. Going with my Indians here. Catoosa Black

TYAA Black (0-2) @ Verdigris (1-1) - Verdigris had a tough lost in week 1 to Skiatook 20-0, but bounced back week 2 to win over Owasso  40-14. So we know they can put points on the board, but they are playing a young team with lots of speed and great coaching. I got a chance to see this TYAA Black team this week and they are a tough group of boys. Their coach is determined to get them ready for 1st Grade ball next year. This will be a good game and I'm very undecided on the winner of the game. I'm going to go with Verdigris as I thought they played well against Skiatook by holding them to 20 points. Verdigris

Sequoyah (0-2) @ Muskogee White (2-0) - Sequoyah has a tough schedule and it doesn't get any easier this week as they play Muskogee White.  Muskogee White expands their season to 3-0. Muskogee White


Division 5

TYAA White (2-0) @ Bixby Blue (2-0) - GAME OF THE WEEK #1!! This will be a good match up to see where both teams are. TYAA White will need to take care of the football or it will be a long game as Bixby Blue will capitalize on that. Not sure how great this RB is that Bixby has, but this should be a good test for him. Bixby hasn't allowed anyone in their endzone and they have put up a lot of points this year. Bixby Blue with a nice win here to put under their belt. TYAA White still has some players to develop and will be more of a team to look for in the playoffs, but this week Bixby Blue shows off their talent and gets the win. Bixby Blue

Lincoln Christian (2-0) @ Sapulpa (1-1) - GAME OF THE WEEK #3!!! Lincoln Christian is definitely one of the hot Teams out there. Lots of talk about this team and their players and Sapulpa has fallen off everyones Radar since they got beat 20-0 by TYAA Red. I see this being a close game, definitely a defensive game. Sapulpa has had trouble getting their offense moving and that may hurt them in this game as Lincoln hasn't given up a point all year. I'm going to go with the upset here and pick Sapulpa to pull this one out with their defense. Sapulpa

Berryhill (0-1-1) @ Broken Arrow Platinum (0-2) - Berryhill hasn't scored a point all year and they play a defense that has only given up 19 points total these last two games. BA Platinum lost both of their first games by a TD and are sitting at 0-2. I don't know much about either team here except neither have a win this year. Going with Berryhill. Berryhill

Glenpool Blue (1-1) @ Sand Springs (1-1) - Got a chance to play Glenpool early in the season and they’re the real deal. They win this game and flex a little to get back on the radar of others. Should be another Game of The Week. Glenpool Blue
