Tripping/unsportsmanlike??

cowbyfan1:
Keep in mind, just what coach posted, tripping is with the lower leg.  Reaching a hand out and tripping that way is still legal on a ball carrier.

TRIPPING
RULES 2-45, 9-4-3o (NEW),
9-4-3o PENALTY (NEW)
www.nfhs.org
The foul for tripping has been
expanded to include the runner.
It is now illegal to trip any
opponent. Tripping is the
intentional use of the lower leg
or foot to obstruct an opponent
below the knee. The penalty is
15 yards.

if you would, please PM me what you're talking about. We don't teach our kids you do that and if that's what they were doing the score doesn't indicate that LOL! Seriously though please let me know so I can get it fixed

CoachEmUp":
BlackWolf we know you dont teach your kids that. it was a play going to the north endzone. but 28 or 23 tripped the ball carrier short of the end zone. i can send you the clip. I think it was just instinct. it was just 1 play

BA BlackWolf:
Thank you, no need to send a clip. I believe you.Coach

Coach12:
Just to throw this out there... It was twice. But I’m with CoachEmUp... I don’t believe you have coached or would coach that way Blackwolf. Happy that you are still on board with the team!
