Kid needs 3 or 4 plays at the end of the game so the coach sends him out to have the QB take a knee in the "victory" formation for 3 or 4 plays.  Onside every kick  and put those MPP on the opposite side on kicks offs.  Line up kids at backside WR and spread them out to the sideline as far as possible from the action.   

here is a tip:   Coach up the kids you have and maybe next year they come back and are better players.   No one cares 20 years from now who won the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th or 7th grade Championship in INFC.  But, I guarantee these kids will remember that coach who didn't treat them fairly.   

This is not a jab at anyone on this forum because no one coaching would do such dooshbaggery things.
