Kickoff and Kickoff return

I understand that you cannot have two stripers on either kickoff and kickoff return. My question is if we only have 10 no stripe/one stripe do we just kickoff/return with those ten players?

that is exactly what one of our teams had to do last year.
just spread your 10 guys out a little wider.
