Shoving a player in the chest or head area

Does the rule book differentiate between same team or opposing team and if a flag is thrown what is the penalty?

Not that I know of on contact between teammates. Personally I would probably send the kid off the field if he was making a scene.  If there was cussing and such it could be Unsportsmanlike.
