Arm Band Wrist Coach

Can arm band wrist coaches be worn on the belt of a QB or must they be worn  as intended? It is difficult for youth players to wear it on their arms because of size and functionality. I have heard different opinions from officials in the past so I wanted to get clarification. Thanks!

I believe the INFC made an exception on that rule a few years ago for the very reason you are stating.  Should be good to go.
