Proud Papa:
Are TE's (NO stripe players) able to be in a 2 point stance or do they have to line up in a 3 point stance?

Director of Officials:
As far as I can tell, the rulebook only talks about 2 stripers having to be in a 3 or 4 point stance.
So the answer to your question yes, anybody except a 2 striper can be in a two point stance in 3rd grade.
